Biography

I'm a technical and science writer for project, mission, and Software Management Office (SMO) systems and user documentation, project management documentation, help systems, articles, reports, proposals, technical papers, and training and promotional materials. I work out of SMO and also assist with software management, NASA software engineering and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) standards compliance, software releases, and outreach.

Previously, I worked for Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters) writing electronic Help and user documentation for single-sourced multi-platform publishing of custom financial software products. I've also done volunteer writing for the Citizens Climate Lobby (CCL) and Friends of the Urban Forest (FUF).
