The Software Management Office handles all procedural and administrative activities related to software engineering and software development in the Intelligent Systems Division:

• Software release agreements
• Invention disclosures
• Software development plans, management plans, and other documentation
• Publication and export approvals
• Liaison with Center and Agency software engineering standards and processes organizations

The goal of this office is to streamline the processes for our software engineers to follow while complying with all Agency and Center requirements for software engineering processes and quality assurance.
