Registration options:

 

The following registration packages include Monday night reception, Tuesday evening banquet**, Wednesday poster session reception, lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and snacks Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

ISHEM Forum early registration (before October 7, 2005): $375.00

ISHEM Forum registration (October 7 - November 3, 2005): $425.00

 

Single day registrations can be made up to day of the event and do not include evening events.

Single day registration for Tuesday, November 8, 2005: $100.00

Single day registration for Wednesday, November 9, 2005: $100.00

Single day registration for Thursday, November 10, 2005: $100.00

Guest registration includes the Monday night reception and Tuesday night's banquet.

Guest Registration (on or before November 3, 2005): $200.00

** The banquet Tuesday evening will be at a local winery. The winery strongly advises against including small children in the event due to safety considerations.
