The ISHEM Forum 2005 will be held at the Embassy Suites in Napa, CA. On-line reservations are available.

 

The formal room reservation block is for Monday (11/7/2005), Tuesday (11/8/2005), & Wednesday (11/9/2005), checking out on Thursday (11/10/2005). Reservations for these dates can be made online or by phone, 1-800-EMBASSY or 1-707-253-9540 x40.

 

The Forum group rate is $110. After entering the reservation information at the on-line site above, the registrant should scroll down and enter ISH under Group Convention.
